APPLICATION FEATURES  
   
We would like to introduce you to the first full service management tool for the individual concierge and errand business.  
This web-based application will allow you to manage your business from anywhere that you have an internet connection.  
Client Data
 
Enter client/customer information including contact information, important personal information and even upload forms that pertain to that client. Eliminate the need for cumbersome paper files. With this module you can maintain your client data in one location that is properly safeguarded.
Forms
 
Upload forms so that your staff can print them any time they are needed. Eliminate extra copying/printing and ensure that your staff is always using the most current version of the forms. Examples: key release form, credit card authorization, and even instructions for tasks and operations.
Reports
 
For those with corporate accounts, reporting is a way of life. With this reporting tool, you can quickly generate, print and export a report for the account manager. Reports can be created for specific locations, clients or tasks in a given data range.
Requests
 
Tracking client requests has never been easier with this module. You have the option to provide each client with his/her own logon to the system so that requests can be entered 24x7. If you do not want to provide logons, your staff can enter the requests for the client. This module cuts down on emails and phone calls and provides you with more accurate information about the requests. Each request is time stamped when it is entered so there is never a question of when the request was made.
Schedules
 
Maintain records and schedules for employees and independent contractors within the system. Create logons for each staff member so that he/she can access Concierge Console and update requests.

Time Sheets
 
When a staff member is created in the system, you have the option to enter a set schedule or just the hours the person is available. Time sheets are automatically generated based on the information entered. For those who work by the job, the time sheet is created based on the time in/out on the request when the staff member closes the request. The admin istrator can also modify time sheets for holidays, time off or overhead/admin time. The time sheet can also be used as a tool to do billing since the times are listed by request.
Vendor Resources
 
Enter vendor account information or links to websites to quickly access your resources.
 
This application provides three levels of access (clients, staff, admin) so that you can control the work flow and as a result make your business more efficient and your service timelier than ever before.
